PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
We accept the following formats:

Adobe Illustrator CS4 and older EPS format with links and fonts. Fonts may be converted to paths (outlines).
Adobe Photoshop CS4 and older EPS or TIFF at 300 dpi resolution in cmyk format.

Adobe inDesign CS4 in cmyk format with all fonts and linked graphics.

Adobe PDF version 1.3 (Acrobat 4)

NOTE: We do not accept PDF files from Microsoft Publisher. We cannot guarantee any files produced from publisher will print correctly.

All fonts and images must be cmyk and embedded in the PDF. All PDF file must be distilled in press-optimized mode.

Adobe Illustrator CS4 (Freehand is no longer produced)
Outline (convert to paths) all fonts in your file to avoid font defaults. Any files received with RGB, Pantone,Spot Color, Lab or JPEG comression, will result in a production charge of $60/hour.

Fonts must be Macintosh Adobe type 1, Macintosh TrueType or converted to paths (outlines).

Images and pictures must be vector cmyk, cmyk TIFF or EPS

Logos must be vector cmyk or Adobe illustrator CS4 or earlier with a zero background. Vector is the preferred format.

File Delivery: Files can be delivered as zipped or stuffed files via e-mail, CD or DVD.

To send your file zipped, it is best to create an empty folder, place your file in it and zip (or stuff) that folder. Use a naming convention that is short, all lower case, no spaces and contains the dot extention as exampled here: filname01.zip All files must include a printed proof or a JPEG proof if e-mailed.
